Offline controller
Run jobs straight from the machine, with no computer needed at the bench.
A desktop software-defined CNC for PCB routing, engraving and precision prototyping. Compact enough for any lab bench, and capable enough for real work.

The Forge 3020 holds a 0.1 mm positioning precision across a 300 x 200 x 70 mm working area, driven by a 500 W spindle. An enclosed body, emergency stop and limit switches on every axis make it safe to put in front of students.

The Forge 3020 cuts and engraves across the materials a working lab actually uses.
Run jobs straight from the machine, with no computer needed at the bench.
Automatic height sensing for consistent, even trace depth.
Works with GrblControl (Candle) and other GRBL software.
Emergency stop plus limit switches on both ends of X, Y and Z.
Yes. Routing and engraving copper-clad board is what the Forge 3020 is built for. It isolates traces at a 0.1 mm positioning precision, so students go from schematic to a physical, testable board in the same session.
It runs on GrblControl (Candle) and any other GRBL-compatible software, and accepts JPG, BMP and PNG files. It connects over USB, and the offline controller lets you run jobs without a computer attached.

Yes. Onboarding and training come with every unit, because a machine nobody was taught to use is a machine that sits idle. See our Training page for what's covered.
